CONSIGNMENT OVERVIEW
We take consignment the 5th through the 19th of each month. We accept seasonally appropriate clothing by appointment only.
You can begin to book your appointment online or by phone as soon as the 1st of the month at the hour we open the store.
We can no longer make exceptions or drops outside of this window to be fair to other consignors. Please respect this policy as we have other duties to take care of outside of the consignment accepting period to enhance your shopping experience with us.
We take into consideration season, style, condition, desirability, and space. Please see our monthly season schedule below as a guideline.
For consignors who prefer to have their items returned to them if they do not sell, the pickup window is from the 1st-10th of each month. Please feel free to call or stop in to check with an employee to see if you have items you would like to pick up or need your items held beyond the pickup window. Consignors’ who fail to pick up their items without notice are subject to a $10 account deduction.
To track your balance as your items sell, feel free to call the stores at any time or use your consignor access login to check your balance virtually. You will receive an email from Simple Consign - Consignor Access upon your first appointment with either store with your Consignor ID. If you have trouble logging into your account or forget your ID, please call your respective store for assistance.

Helpful Tips For Bringing in Consignment
Allow yourself 30 minutes to drop off as you are required to stay in the store while we go through your items.
We prefer items be brought in a bin/bag/basket, rather than on hangers
We have a 40 item maximum for appointments. This includes your jewelry and accessories!
You are only allowed 1 drop per month
Please launder all items before bringing in and check to make sure there are no stains, rips, missing buttons, etc.
Please try stick to our seasonal inventory schedule:
JANUARY: Winter Taking, NO Fur
FEBRUARY: Winter-Spring Transition, NO Fur, NO heavy down coats
MARCH & APRIL: Spring Taking, NO Shorts, Up to the discretion of the employees based on current weather & needs
MAY & JUNE: Summer Taking
JULY: Best of Summer, (items taken this month will be on the floor through October, so we look for Summer items that will sell full price in July or August)
AUGUST: Fall TRANSITIONAL, Up to the discretion of the employees based on current weather & needs, NO Shorts/Sandals
SEPTEMBER & OCTOBER: Fall Taking
NOVEMBER & DECEMBER: Winter Taking, ONLY months we accept authentic fur
**DISCLAIMER: This schedule is a guideline. We do our best to predict what weather we will have; however, as well all know, Buffalo weather can be unpredictable. The best way to judge what items you should be bringing in is to ask yourself if it something you would wear in the month that you bring it in to consign. If it doesn’t fall into those perimeters, it is best to wait until it does so that it sells at full price.
Items NEVER Accepted: Imitation Designer Purses, Hair Accessories, Cell Phone Cases, Foam Flip Flops, Bathing Suits w/o the liner, undergarments, socks
Conditions NEVER accepted: Pilled, Ripped, Stained, Not Laundered, Pet Hair, Missing Buttons, Broken Zippers, Fading, Water Damage
